All prices are in Canadian dollars. GST/HST may apply depending on your province. Hosting and domain are included for the duration of your election campaign season (through election day + 90 days). A one-time renewal fee applies if you wish to keep your site live after the season. No refunds after provisioning is complete.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does my campaign go live?
Starter and Campaign tiers are provisioned within 24 hours of payment. Enterprise accounts are live within 4 hours during business hours. You’ll receive a magic link by email the moment your site is ready.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can choose a new domain during checkout (we register it for you) or provide an existing domain that we’ll connect via DNS. Instructions are included in your welcome email.
Is this compliant with Canadian election law?
BallotStack is designed with Canadian municipal election finance rules in mind. However, election rules vary by province and municipality. Please review our Compliance Centre and consult your local returning officer or election lawyer for binding advice.
What happens to my data after the election?
Your data is retained for 90 days post-election by default. Enterprise accounts include a full data export. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@ballotstack.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if provisioning has not yet been triggered. Once your Campaign Command site has been provisioned, no refund is available as resources have been allocated on your behalf.
